Trigger point therapy
This bodywork technique involves a systematic application of compression to trigger point specific areas followed by stretching to break the cycle of spasm and pain. Communication is important during this type of massage as the client actively participates in breathing techniques and identifying the intensity and location of referral pain patterns. This massage is site specific 25- 50 minutes

Swedish 
This massage is one of the most well known type of massage and many o the 5 basic strokes are incorporated in every massage session. Most people think “relaxation massage” and while the goal is full body relaxation this massage is quite versatile and is customized for your specific needs. Using a slow pace with light pressure this full body treatment brings you into a state of tranquil relaxation. While using moderate pressure and a quick, stimulating pace leaves you reenergized.
This massage helps relive stress, Improve circulation and increased range of motion after the full body experience lasting 50 minutes

Deep tissue

This massage is usually slower than a swedish massage and uses strokes to relax the superficial muscles to penetrate deeper layers of muscle, tendons, and fascia. This allows for deeper work on specific areas determining the quality and texture of the muscularture using various techniques to break up and eliminate adhesions and release chronic muscle tension which might have developed from injury or overuse.
This massage can help reduce pain, relieve muscle spams and restore flexibility with increased range of motion. This is site specific 25-50 minutes or full body in 80 minutes.

Sports
Sports massage is traditionally used to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. The therapies are client specific, emphasizes prevention of injuries and healing therapies for the muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Reflexology 
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, which correspond to every part of the body. Through application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation and promote the natural function of the related area in the body. Promote balance and relieve tension with this deeply relaxing foot massage.

Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle form of therapy that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum seeking to restore the natural flow of the spinal fluid by encouraging the movement of the parietal bone in the skull.

Prenatal Massage
Designed with the Needs of the Mother-To-Be in Mind. Gentle swedish massage techniques are applied in a comforitable side lying position. This massage is only recommended for mothers in their second trimester and helps alleviate many of the normal discomforts of pregancy such as low back pain, stiff neck, leg cramps and swelling. Beneficial for Mom & Baby

Geriatric 
Geriatric massage, with its focus on the elderly, addresses the psychological and physiological aspects of aging and its associated diseases. This service is often limited to a shorter time span and sometime preformed in a seated position.
